Last week, our family switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. We signed up for a 2 year contract and purchased our phones from Costco because of their extra warranty policy, the accessories bundled with the phones (car charger, blue tooth headset, case) and the personalize training. My wife and I decided on the myTouch 4G smartphone.
Since this is our first smartphone, over the past couple of days the learning curve has been steep and frustrating.
I'm on a mission to reduce the frustration level as quickly as possible. The path I'm taking to find out as much about the product as possible and find a reliable support network.
