QR codes can link to a video talking about the organic ingredients at a restaurant, dentists can share best practices on healthy gums, and an attorney can share their common tips for business owners.

This is a great incentive to make it worthwhile for someone to scan your QR code. Link to an image with a limited time discount, or link to daily or weekly specials. Contests are also another great idea. You are only limited by your imagination.

Stories, as Tanya has highlighted, are a great way to connect with your audience. Why? Because people connect with stories. They’re people based and should be personal. Don’t sell in your stories, but inspire and be real. YouTube videos are a great way to tell a story. It could be as simple as you looking directly in the camera and sharing a recent customer experience, or a full-blown production with music, titles, and more. Did I mention both methods could be done on an iPhone?
