Macy’s has tags around the store that offer videos about a particular brand — makeup tips from Bobbi Brown, for example. Some people put tags on business cards that can be scanned to automatically add the person to your contact list.
Best Buy puts QR codes next to the price of every product so users can look up more detailed information. (Tip: Before making an in-store purchase, scan the QR code to see if Best Buy sells the item for less online. A TomTom GPS model I checked was $10 less at bestbuy.com.
