The Greatest Interview Ever Conducted w/ @morganSpurLock

As I took a sip from my ice-cold glass of 100 percent pomegranate-blueberry juice, Spurlock interrupted himself to ask, “That Pom's good, right?” I savored the luscious and tangy flavor and nodded while laughing, to which the filmmaker added, “It's good stuff.”

As Spurlock explains in “Pom Wonderful Presents: The Greatest Movie Ever Sold,” he set out to make a film all about product placement, marketing and advertising where the entire film is funded entirely by product placement, marketing and advertising. And he gives a lot of credit to the film's first sponsor Ban antiperspirants and deodorants.

“From the time we decided to pursue the idea, which was January of 2009, to when Ban said 'yes' was 9 months,” Spurlock said. “So there were 9 months of calling every advertising agency and every product placement company.
