I’ll admit it. Vegetables can’t get me out of bed on Saturday mornings. (Photo: FB QR Code created with goo.gl) Fear of getting to the farmers market after Anca has sold her last élair can. I try to rotate through all the different items she brings to the Saturday market and I have yet to be disappointed but it is the élairs that call to me. If you sleep in and miss your favorite, don’t worry, she does it all again on Sunday for the Chimacum market. Her wholesale accounts with The Food Coop and Sunny Farms in Sequim, along with the Wednesday evening farmers market and custom cakes for Fort Worden weddings and events, has Anca in her Glen Cove production bakery seven days a week.
